"Isaac Messer responded quickly to our request for repairs to our clay tile roof. He evaluated the repairs & followed up again to ascertain the repairs with his crew. We agreed on a price, signed a contract & he accepted a deposit on a credit card to which the balance was also charged on completion. Everything was handled professionally They repairs were done much quicker as he had a crew of 7 workers taking care of different parts of the repairs. We've not had any leaks from the roof repairs, so hopefully they will hold up for the future. We are very pleased to have this project completed and look forward to tackling more in the future with Isaac Messer. Working with him was easy. He is pleasant, professional & thorough. The deck and wheelchair ramp were done exactly to our specs, and they even went above and beyond by including little touches like adding an angled board to the base of our doorway so that my wheelchair is easier to roll into the house, as well as chamferring all the sharp angles around the deck so that everything is comfortable to the touch. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"They have been great! Recently, my AC went out, and it was $75 flat for them to send someone out and do any needed repairs. They will come out more than once if needed, and it doesn't cost me any more. Same situation with a dishwasher. When I call, someone is out within 24 hours is not sooner."
