"I was very impressed at how well this company patched my roof, they matched my shingles perfectly you can't even tell the roof had a problem in the first place.I showed the man exactly the type of flooring I wanted he was able to get the materials for cheap and install my new flooring quickly and efficiently. "Alford did a great job in actually doing the work. They did what they said they'd do for the price quoted at the time they said they'd do it.
My issue was getting to that point. They were prompt in providing an initial estimate. However as I had questions and wanted to discuss specifics of the proposed scope of work - they were tardy. I had trouble getting the work scope concerns addressed in a timely manner. I had to work my way through their company bureaucracy to the owner before my concerns could be resolved.
As above, once we got to doing the project all went well, with no issues.

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
