"There were two areas of my privacy fence that were leaning. I called to arrange an estimate for the work. They told me when they would be out to look at the fence. I left the gate unlocked since I was at work when they came out. I never heard back from them. I called a week later to see if they had made it out to look and whoever I talked to seemed to vaguely remember the fence and said it would be "around 375.00". I agreed to the charge and we set up a day to perform the work. They never showed up or called to cancel or re-schedule. I had actually given up on these guys then out of the blue they called and said something about getting behind because it was Easter and all and they wanted to come out the next week. Well, I still hadn't committed to the other company bidding(wish I had) so I hired them to do the work. This next part is totally my fault for not getting a written estimate and for assuming. The other company had given me a written estimate of 700.00 to replace ALL 18 fence posts(they were poorly installed). T & R replaced 3, and moved the latch on my gate for 350.00. I officially have buyer's remorse."
