Licio came and assessed the situation. He provided pictures and video with descriptions of the issues, and then submitted a bid with a couple of options, both of which were reasonable. The crew came and did a really excellent job. Pictures of the finished work were provided as well. "Cory Medina, from Collins Roofing, was easy to work with to determine best course of action to reroof our house. He attended the meeting with our insurance adjustor (when drones assessed the damage) and did the communication with our insurance company. No money up front was helpful. Start time was sooner than we anticipated (less than two weeks). Two crews (one for shingle removal and replacement) and second (Bryan Lewitzke) completed window rewraps, awning painting and gutter screen covers. Cory even suggested using black shingles instead of brown, which we agreed to and it looks GREAT with red brick. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter.
