"I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I started service with this company in early February with a bi-weekly schedule, and almost immediately things went off track. I was unexpectedly removed from the schedule with no communication, missed a cleaning entirely, and had to chase them down just to get back on the calendar. I was later told they are understaffed in the Orlando area, which explains a lot?but that shouldn?t come at the expense of your customers. The only time they could offer me was a Friday at 4 PM, which is far from ideal. After going an entire month without a cleaning, someone finally came out?but the quality of the service was disappointing. My master shower was clearly not properly cleaned (only the glass doors were done), and several windows were left visibly dirty. I called immediately and was told to text photos, which I did. No one has called me back. "

When I expressed dissatisfaction and considered hiring another cleaning crew to finish the job correctly, she became defensive rather than taking responsibility. She often uses excuses like ?my husband is sick? or ?I?m at the hospital,? which appears to be a pattern to avoid accountability. Zero star"
