"They ran into some additional problems but still did the work at the initial price quoted. I had used this company a couple times before for other plumbing needs, so I called them again. They were courteous and easy to work with. They worked with my schedule. I have an old home that needed a new clean out trap. They had to dig down along side of the house because they cant get a snake down there, and things were backing up into the basement. They worked quickly and we had no surprises. I would recommend to anyone and will use them again."

"Very happy with the workers that came out to do the job. Very unhappy with the estimate process. They sent out a hard sell salesman that wanted to sell me a new faucet instead of a repair kit. Also wanted to sell me a 9000.00 purification system. Talked me into purchasing into their club for a yr for special services."

"The actual plumbing work went fine. My complaints are with the warranty company themselves. They raised my rates with no notification. Any time I have tried to contact them by phone , you regularly get put on hold for a half hour or more. Then reps seem indifferent to your concerns."
