"Such an amazing job by Feria! We had nearly all of our interior painted as well as popcorn ceiling removal. Four days of prep work before the first can of paint was opened. Wrapped all furniture to protect it prior to work starting. Great attention to detail by the amazing team of workers. They not only did a beautiful job with painting and popcorn ceiling removal, but would clean and vacuum every day before they would leave. Highly recommend them for any job you have! You will not be disappointed! We feel like we have a whole new house!"

His services include cleaning the fence and the job site, obtaining appropriate permissions from the HOA, neighbors, and owners, obtaining all of the supplies to repair and stain the fence, and keep us updated continually. Very respectful and kind to us and provided the concierge services we desired without the exorbitant prices of other contractors who perform lower quality work. I would highly recommend Mr. Medina and his crew. "

"First contact with this company was with John Martin. He came to our house and noted all work to be done then gave us an estimate. John was very easy to work with and helped with some ideas I was unsure of. He explained the whole timeline of the job. We were able to have the job started quite promptly, the first day Courtney met us at the house and introduced us to Eder Neito our painter. She also checked the paint colours to make sure we were right. Through the whole process John kept checking back via text. Both he and Courtney also came to the house to check on the work. We’re really happy with the outcome and highly recommend Painter Bros. Eder Neito did a fantastic job and was so neat and tidy, not one paint spot spilled any where. The last painters we had did a terrible job and the paint was peeling off our doors, Eder fixed them all and they look so nice now. "

"Dissatisfied with the results and he used wrong techniques to remove the stain on the door. My wife is very familiar with the steps needed to remove the stains and he did not apply conditioner on the door. Inconsistent results and I need someone else to redo the project. The reason we used Angi was because of our ability to review the process correctly and we do not want any confrontation."

"I hired local landscapers to do a lot of work that he (Javier Gonzà ¡lez) guaranteed he could doâ ¦ He broke up some concrete patio slabs and removed them, he put some landscaping concrete pieces down around my trees and bushes, and he planted some trees and bushes for me. He also helped me get my sprinkler system installed. He did not install it, he hired somebody to install it but he is who I paid for the job. He was supposed to put sod down for me and complete the landscaping job but he never did. He was also going to build a pergola for me, but he never did. He was not responsive to text messages and did not show up when he said he would show up. I have had to hire three other companies to repair the work that he did poorly or incorrectly, or that he left half done. Things as simple as the fabric that he put down before putting the mulch in the flowerbeds and tree beds were done poorly, the fabric was not secured to the ground, and the mulch was sparse. He said he would add more, but never did. The sprinkler system was installed poorly such that two of my Cypress trees have died and my Japanese maple may die as well. Portions of my yard were not getting watered so I had to water it by hand to keep my grass and plants from dying. I hired an irrigation company to make the best of a bad sprinkler installation. They put more appropriate sprinkler heads, and a drip line to address the areas of my yard that werenâ  t getting watered. It was either this, or completely redo this sprinkler system. If there is a next time, I will definitely hire an irrigation specialist to install my sprinkler system. Javier assured me that he had a guy who could do it and do it well. He was wrong. Javier is friendly enough, but does not keep his word and cannot be counted on to show up when he says he will show up, to complete a job that he committed to, Youâ  ve been warned!"

"Incredible experience. The owner, Evans, personally met with me for a free estimate and asked me questions I hadnâ t even thought about. He was extremely responsive the entire time. The painting crew was extremely kind, professional, and courteous. They did an outstanding job on my cabinets! And I even asked them to add something that I forgot to mention at the beginning and they fixed my crown molding for free! Truly cannot recommend them enough- very easy to work with. Worth every dollar. And their prices were extremely reasonable- much less than I originally expected. Do yourself a favor and hire CertaPro."

"I had called 4 roofing companies and got none of my calls returned. I hired a contractor finally. After waiting 6 months on the contractor I hired who kept putting me off a friend called 1stop for me. They were out at the exact time they said they would be. The estimate was a few 100 dollars more than my previous estimate but after waiting 6 months I didn’t care. One guy came out to do the job which took 2 days. That was the quietest worker and he cleaned up the work area very well even putting a tarp down to collect debris. I would hire this company again. Work was good, cost very reasonable,"
