"Jose and his crew installed a~360 sq. ft. patio using Nicolock pavers and contrasting charcoal border pavers in 2.5 days. Outstanding job. When I asked them about using edging to prevent the pavers from shifting, I was told that he does not use edging. Instead the perimeter is first installed as retaining wall blocks set in mortar! After the perimeter is set, the site is then excavated, compacted, covered with weed suppressing fabric. The fabric is then covered with crushed stone layer, compacted and sand is then laid on top, compacted and leveled and properly graded. I chose the herringbone design shown in their logo and very happy with the choice. The border pavers are laid on top of the retaining wall blocks and are "glued" to them using mortar/liquid cement. After the border pavers had set, the crew applied polymer sand to fill in the gaps between pavers. This "grouting" was done twice. The final product is solid as a rock and not going anywhere! VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. Jose Espinal's company is insured and bonded, so hire them for your project and be worry free."

"I had been trying to get my chain linked fence replaced since June and I have never seen company's act like they didn't want to take my money (Lowes, Long Fence). I was either never contacted back or was given a 8 week time frame just for materials. I contacted Matt of Minor Adjustments on Monday evening and he came out to give me an estimate within a couple hours. He was very professional and concise with what needed to be done and how long it would take. "Fernando came by to provide an estimate within a day of the request and completed the job within a week. The work they did removing and replacing the cracked mortar joints was excellent. They completely removed the mortar between the bricks as opposed to just cutting a small area of the mortar out before replacing it with new mortar. The new mortar is much whiter than the old mortar but hopefully the repair will be less noticeable after cleaning the old mortar and exposure of the new mortar to the elements."

"I canâ t wait to work with Mid-Atlantic Concrete again! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I bought a mid-century moder fixer upper home on my block that had outdated, washed out, and ugly vinyl cedar shake siding (see photo). The home interior is absolutely beautiful, but did not cohere with the exterior. We asked several exterior reno/siding companies over the last 3 years if they could replace the vinyl siding with brick. None of the companies (5) could figure it out. Smdh. I knew it could be done. Even better, this team had to match the stain of two different color and textured bricks. I didnâ t think it could be done, but yet again they did the impossible when other companies advised it could not be done. Not only did Mid-Atlantic provide superior service, but they did it in record time! Again, I canâ t say enough about this company. I look forward to working with them on future projects.
