"Extremely courteous from the various management & staff personnel. Met every deadline to get the gutter repair/replacement project done. Only issue is that they underestimated the replacement of one downspout which quite frankly went down underground through my deck. Together, though, we deemed that it was not compromised; & subsequent rain storms have proven that this assessment was accurate. They promptly adjusted the charges to remove those anticipated materials and labor charges. Very happy with this company. Would gladly work with them again on future related types of projects!"

"I've used DiGiorgi a lot while living in my parents' house: roof, siding, gutters, bathroom remodel. I bought a house myself which needed some work and got an estimate from Dave. When my parents had their work done, DiGiorgi didn't do garage doors. What a shame. They had a horrible time with the installation of two doors and one opener (one door is operated manually). The rest of work is yet to be scheduled, so I will review each "project" separately. Today the door and opener were installed by Jeff (who came previously to measure) and Ed. They came 15 min early (I expected this, having used their services before) and the whole project took from about 7:45 am until about 3:30 pm or so. The guys were great: friendly, professional, neat, knowledgeable....they even swept up when done! The door itself is like a piece of furniture. So different from the cheap, uninsulated doors my parents got. The garage was actually getting warm once the door was closed (garage is attached to the house) and the temperature was in single digits in the morning. The LIftMaster opener is beyond belief: it's so quiet that I didn't even know it was operating. Again, quite different compared to my parents' opener. The products were obviously of very high quality and the installation was clean and neat and everything worked and looked great at the conclusion of the day. The whole house literally looks 80% better with the addition of this door. I look forward to completion of the rest of the improvements we have yet to schedule (snowstorms have disrupted things) in the upcoming months.

"Our 39 year old house has been transformed! From start to finish, Arthur and the crew (Anthony, Eric and a few others whoâ s names I didnâ t get J could not have been more professional and courteous. The work was meticulous and the guys cleaned up at dayâ s end. Now to the job performed. Aluminum siding was replaced with vinyl. Also included was 3/4 inch insulation, custom aluminum (pvc coated) wrapping for our widows, 25 foot siding (big deal as virtually no seams) and 6 inch gutters (no extra charge) that were manufactured on site. We opted to have the MicroGuard leaf shedding system installed also. Arthur offered to install the new light fixtures that we had purchased at no extra charge. Iâ ve dealt with numerous contractors over the years and AMERICAN HOUSE LLC is by far superior to all. Iâ m so pleased, that I hired them to replace my roof. Stay tuned."
