"Replacing a roof is not a glamorous task as there is lots of old roof debris to discard. Our house roof pitch and gable design didn’t make it easy to place a dumpster container in the driveway to slide everything into. Proguard Restoration and their crew manually removed all the debris on to tarps and hand carried them to the dumpster container. After everything was completed you would have never know they were there. Cleanup was perfect! There was even an issue with one of the tarps that accidentally went into the pool and Proguard Restoration had a Pool Company come and clean it afterwards. A special thanks to Randall Moore for the great communication throughout the entire process and for taking care of a few punch list items. We could not be more pleased with Proguard Restoration and would highly recommend them for any project. Thank You for our incredible new roof!!"

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"I hired Sham Shield because of the deal, $175 for house pressure-washing plus bonus service and $129 for white vinyl fencing. I thought it was a good deal so I went for it. I received a response right away from Zac. Then the scheduled appointment was moved to another day for medical reasons. The job was started seven days after, 9/14. I was not present during the actual pressure washing. I have been communicating with Zac through text messages. He texted me the “before and after” pictures ( photo # 6). I thought the job was excellent based on the pictures sent to me ( photos # 3, 4, 5, 6 ).The exterior and vinyl fence looked immaculately clean ( photo # 5). I paid extra for the driveway and walkway ( photos # 7, 8). He told me there were some stains that didn’t come off but he promised to come back and remove them for free. When I came home, I was not completely satisfied, so I took some pictures of the stains and sent them to him ( photos # 1, 2 , 9). I thought he was kind enough to say he would take care of them for me. However, he said that some stains won’t come off yet the most stubborn stains were taken off ( photo # 4). He promised to come to re-wash on 9/20 but until now no re-wash has been done. I received one text message after another but only to be disappointed. I waited this long to write a review because I was waiting for the re-wash which never happened. I understand that there are some unavoidable circumstances but if broken promises were made one after another, I find it hard to trust Sham Shield for future pressure washing jobs. I don’t think I can recommend them to my friends and families who need cleaning services. Lessons learned: Do not be too trusting. Pictures can be misleading. Be present during the actual cleaning if possible. I hope this review helps."
