They came for a free inspection and walked me through the process. They came when the insurance appraiser did and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. They stayed in touch with me and were on site the whole time the roof was installed. Their crew was very prompt, professional, neat, and did GREAT work! "Amazing Company! Had a leak from the metal roof at the cabin. Or so we thought. Left a message last night about 9 pm. Had an answer back within in a few minutes that Todd would contact me in the morning. He called and was here around noon. Inspected the attic area and found that the AC tray was full of water. He checked the drain outside and we determined that it must be blocked. Very quick troubleshooting, amazing customer service skills! "They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."
