"This is a belated review, given the work by McKay was completed in Nov 2019. I am living in Tennessee, and I needed my daughter roof repaired in Decatur. I could not do the work myself, so I relied on HomeAdvisor to connect me with potential contractors. After contacting several, McKay was the only one to call me back the same day (a Saturday). They were able to review the project and provide an estimate immediately. By Monday, they were onsite and took care of the issue. Without my asking, they took pictures and sent them to me to see the completed work. They also advised on a related issue, for which I approved additional work. It took several weeks before I could inspect the work in person, and I am very pleased. Great work, responsive, customer-focused, and in my opinion, their pricing was fair. If I need roofing work in the future, I will contact them without hesitation."

"Bill came out the same day I called for an estimate. He was 1 of 5 estimates I scheduled; I canceled the last one after he was out-I knew I had the guy for the job! He was very honest-the composite roof I had installed 10 yrs prior had to come off-could not be repaired. I had been told this by others as well, but Bill explained exactly why and what would be involved. He and his crew came out and worked (really worked) to remove the roofing down to the decking, replaced the bad sheets, and then began installing the new roof. Bill had to remove and flash a skylight that had been leaking as well as replacing chimney flashing, boots, etc. Everything was done to perfection and the area was so clean when they finished, you would never imagine the mess they had to take care of! I highly recommend Murph's Roofing for any repair or replacement work you need! Lisa (office) was just as amazing to work with-answered my questions and took care of scheduling and kept me updated of any changes due to weather. What started as an awful situation (not covered by insurance) ended with a great new roof at an affordable rate and a great feeling that there are still truly good, honest, hard-working people out to help and not take advantage in a hard situation!"
