I think the cost was reasonable to high, but I have nothing to compare to. In the end, I am quite pleased. "Pete saved us from a TERRIBLE situation. My family bought a house in Oxford and when we arrived after a 12 hour drive, we found the former owners had left a hoarder-level mess at the property. Our moving trucks were scheduled to arrive that afternoon and we had to get all of their old stuff out of there asap. Pete dropped off a large trailer so we could load it up and came to pick it up at the end of the day. We have had Pete drop his trailer off a few times since, especially after discovering dark corners of the attic packed with junk.
