Found type of existing vent for bath exhaust installed on semi-flat roof they had seen problems with in past. Repair went great; they replaced with proper vent for type of roof. There were two vents replaced. They put down IceDam and sealant around area. While under roof I had them replace duct to the vent and also added plywood to allow me to access attic area easier. Also some added insulation in an area that had been damaged. Ben was easy to work with, knowledgeable, fit this small project into a busy schedule so he had a warm winter day to do roofing."
