"2 cleaning people arrived at the specified time.  They were friendly and attentive to my requests.  Baseboards and moldings were dusted using a wool duster.  All high to reach items were also dusted with a wool duster. Then damp dusting on furniture was completed using a damp cloth sprayed with a water and essential oil mixture that smelled heavenly. <br /> All kitchen surfaces and sink were wiped clean. Dining table & chair seats were wiped. All floors were then swept & collected dust was vacummed up.  Our wood floors were damp mopped.  Kitchen & bathroom tile floors were wet mopped. Bathroom shower, sink & toilet were sanitized.  Rugs were vacuumed.  Office desk & printer were wiped with damp cloth.  All trash cans were emptied.  I asked and they took the trash out & put in can outdoors. <br /> They used all eco-friendly cleaning products which they brought with them as well as all necessary cleaning supplies.  They had an Oreck vacuum cleaner, mops, brooms,  buckets, terry & linen rags (no paper towels). <br /> They were very friendly and polite. They asked if there was anything else I needed before leaving. <br />  I have continued to have them clean monthly. <br />"

"Barbara knows her stuff!! <br /> From the moment I met her, the knowledge flowed, like a walking encyclopedia! <br /> I explained what I wanted in the front of my house and she immediately came up with a plan. She contacted me after our initial visit with the list of plants/shrubs she had in mind, allowing me to see what would be placed. <br /> She and her crew removed what wasn't working, (or didn't belong in the first place) and replaced with a fresh array of shrubs that immediately added curb appeal.  Better yet, she took some of my older plants, rearranged them (according to their need of sunlight) or split them to add variety to the area.  Add to that a splash of summer flowers and some large rocks (which she had her crew search for in the woods behind my house), and my garden looks brand new! <br /> Barbara's crew worked hard under her direction.  They were courteous and friendly and respected my property. <br /> I'm not done with Garden Restoration, I have more to do and will not think twice about calling Barbara! <br />"

"I go to AC Moore for holiday supplies. It is a craft store that I use. As long as I buy their products, they will not charge to make it. The girls that do the flower arrangements are fantastic. I have bought stuff from somewhere else and have taken everything to them. As long as I bought stuff that she needed to make this, I did not have to pay for it to be made. They have coupons, and discounts. I am very satisfied. Best time to go is in the morning or later at night. They also do picture framing. "

"Job went well overall - there were a few things that had to be tweaked during the course of the job (change orders), but they were very responsive overall. The quality of the work is good. They got the bulk of the work done in a timely fashion, which was a challenge given much other major work that was going on in the house at the same time. They also pulled all necessary permits and got the inspections completed. One area where they could improve is in the the rough patch up of holes cut during the rewire - while they said the patch would be rough, it was much rougher than I had expected - but I was getting the house repainted anyhow so no big deal. If you work with them you might want to consider bypassing the rough patch and having your own drywall/patch person do the close up. Generally they were very good about minimizing damage to our old plaster walls though."

"He drew it and took pics of himself doing it otherwise we wouldn't believe even drew it. It looks like a photograph. We've never seen anything like it. He's amazing. He has also hand drawn pictures of my wedding and of my grand father for his funeral service."
