Randy did not hesitate; he knew exactly what I was talking about. We discussed the work I wanted done. Within a week, I was on his schedule. Randy and his partner showed up and completed the work. I read a lot of reviews on Angie's List. Most of the reviews comment on punctuality and professionalism, which is good. I'm not knocking that. Randy more than met being punctual and professional, he was thorough, helpful, and comfortable with himself, which made me feel right at home around him. Another thing I liked about Randy was the fact that he texts information, thus providing quick feedback, and quick responses to questions. Would I hire Randy again-ABSOLUTLEY! If you are looking for a thorough knowledgeable, confident handyman, try Randy Schaff Handyman. You will not be disappointed. His pricing is, in my opinion, very fair. He and his partner were at the worksite an entire day, 9:30 until after 4pm and completed six plus small jobs, and three big jobs."

"John and his son Brian completed a full kitchen remodel at our house. It was a fairly big project including removing a wall, closing up a window, flooring, cabinets, appliance install etc. They were both able to do all the work themselves, not needing to hire subcontractors as was the case with many of the other contractors we spoke to. The work itself is of great quality, the job took a little longer than expected but they both made sure it was done to perfection. We would hire them again for future projects."

"Brad and his team installed commercial grade monkey bars in our backyard. My husband and I had originally planned on doing the install ourselves, only to realize we were in way over our heads. "Pablo and his crew were great. They showed up on time every day and Pablo was very responsive in regards to any concerns, and he came back out the same day we contacted him to fix a small concern we had with the drywall around the tub at no additional charge. Everyone was extremely friendly to interact with. Pablo even offered us some of the pizza that he and his crew ordered for lunch! The only (minor) complaint I would have are that he and his crew could have done a better job cleaning up some of the drywall dust, but it was a large job and none of our floors were finished anyways. There was also an initial disagreement on the extra cost after we expanded a bathroom and made a closet larger, but after Pablo looked over his initial measurements he came back with a much more reasonable number. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Pablo again for a drywall job, as the work was very good at a very reasonable price. Even the guys who came out to finish our hardwood floors commented on how good the drywall work was!"
