"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"

"I met Dominic over twenty years ago. We had purchased a newly constructed home a few years prior. The end of our driveway was sinking and the builder failed to back its work. I contacted Dominic. He reviewed the condition and indicated that he could take care of it for us. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, concise, professional & personable. Consequently, his team was extremely efficient. This work required excavation, new pavement. They did more than I expected, in less time than I expected and less costly than I expected. This winter we damaged the end of our driveway. I called Dominic. He inspected the driveway, provided a detailed scope of work to include repairs we identified and action which he explained would prevent future repair. I anticipated a Spring start date. He said, we’ll wait for a break in the weather, and take care of this for us. Again, they did more than I expected, in less time and less cost than I expected. As the work was completed in less than desirable weather conditions, he said he would check back in the Spring to ensure the quality met his standards. As promised, yesterday they reviewed a few superficial spots at the entrance of the drive but, true to his nature, he instructed his team to reseal the entire driveway.
