"Great experience with RIBA from start to finish. After looking as several choices I worked with Rich determining the type of windows that i needed which would work best within my budget. I had several choices of trim and Rich helped me decide the best color that would accent my brick home. I was given a date to expect delivery and installation. Because rain was foretasted and potentially would push the installation, RIBA worked with me to store the windows in a more convenient location in my back yard where they would be out of my way. Rich assured me that his crews are very trustworthy; since I couldn't be home on the day of installation, I really had no choice. RIBA is bonded & insured. When I returned home all of the windows were in place. I noticed shoes by the door; they took them off as not to mar or soil my hardwood floors & carpet. I didn't ask. When finished they cleaned up...everything. The window quality was exactly what I ordered; the trim work was over & above what I expected; excellent work. "Installation went very well. Oct 25: Rob Figliozzi came out to evaluate the work needed and brought two workers to install the sink faucet and drain/trap. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. Chris is a very pleasant young man and did a great job with the installation, and Rob was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend."

"I had a full view glass storm door with sidelites installed in front of my Provia entry front door. The door is very sturdy such as thick heavy metal, lexan glass is clear, the hinges are smooth and strong, the lock is secure, the powder coated paint is beauty. the weather striping is robust and tightly sealed. The manufacturing process took a little longer than expected. A minor adjusted was needed for the lock. Medallion sent someone out immediately to solve the problem. My Provia Front entry door is awesome. I really wanted a full view security storm door to allow the Provia door to be on full display. In addition, to providing full security. Medallion knock it out of the park."
