He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. So in total, we had everything fixed within 10 days of our first call. Hugh also gave us pictures of all the repairs, walking us through what he and his team accomplished. We'll absolutely work with them again for any roof issues we have."

"It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

I initially started with them by replacing my old cedar shake roof with new architectural asphalt shingle (32 squares) with three new skylights. From the very start, the sales and contract process with Ryan was open and honest. They genuinely wanted to get the right roof solution versus just making another sale. The communication through the process from the back-office with Jerry and Yolanda was also superb. The roof and skylights were ultimately installed and the RIBA Construction diligently followed through until all work was completed. As a result of this great experience, shortly thereafter I selected RIBA Construction to complete a number of other projects (all completed concurrently with diligent coordination): - Windows and Sliding Doors --> replaced forty (40) old wood windows with new vinyl casement windows - Siding --> replaced (20 squares) of engineered wood with new vinyl siding - Capping --> All windows, doors, and trim capped with aluminum and vinyl soffit vents - Gutters --> installed 300+ feet of new gutters and downspouts While no project goes perfectly, everyone at RIBA Construction really cares about doing the right thing and made everything the way it should be without hesitation. In the end, the exterior of my home has been completely renovated and I now have a virtually maintenance-free exterior. I'm very happy with the appearance and functionality as well as the value of all services. "These guys are the best! They seriously care about their customers and really strive to make sure they deliver a great product. They were on time, quick, and clean. My new roof looks fantastic, and we are really glad we went with this local company. Buying a roof is not a "fun" expense, but I really feel like we got our money's worth: a quality new roof in 1 day, and then new trim capping the next day. They even installed new bathroom exhaust vents and HVAC exhausts. Our house looks brand new. You might get a cheaper rate elsewhere, but these guys do not skimp on quality of product, 50-year warranty, or craftsmanship. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The crew knocked my roof out all in a days work and my.project manager Omar kept me in the loop and showed me photos of the progress and they were very thorough, they replaced my rotted wood and even though I had to pay for some additional wood it was honest and necessary and I'm glad I sent the extra money to get this all done correctly. They don't cut corners and you get what you pay for with this company."
