"Kyle responded quickly to my request for an estimate. I sent a picture of what we needed fixed. He gave me a reasonable quote and came out the same day and got it done. He repaired a section of vinyl siding that had come loose and ripped off in a storm. He fixed that and then proactively repaired and reinforced some other areas that were likely to come loose down the road. Great work."

"The work was done, but it took two (2) revision complaints that involved far too much wasted time. Note, my home has a staircase from the first to the second floor whose height measures 8 feet x 13 feet. It looks like a steep tunnel. A consulting interior decorator suggested I put up two matching decorative wood boards on both walls three steps down the stairs, to break up the "tunnel vision" appearance of the stairwell. She recommended that I hire a carpenter to install the wood boards. She gave me a design using decorative panel boards. She said a carpenter friend of hers reviewed the design and estimated it would take a professional carpenter LESS THAN AN HOUR to do the work. She also told me which wood board panels to buy, and I did so.
Because I had used Ted for other carpentry work before, I purchased a Big Deal for two (2) hours with his firm. I intended to have Ted do other carpentry projects with the extra hour. Ted arrived right on time and my husband went over the staircase project and the other jobs with him. Because the board panel were so long, I asked my husband to help hold them while Ted applied them to the walls. Ted said he could do the job without help. After about 1/2 hour, my husband went to see how the project was going. My husband said Ted was fumbling trying just to hold the first panel onto the wall. He tried to start nailing it onto the wall, but my husband said he still insisted that he didn't need any help. After a few nailing sounds, my husband went to inspect and see how it was going. My husband said Ted had nailed the first board slanted from the expected visual estimate. My husband woke me up again and told me what was going on. I told him to tell Ted to take it down and make sure it was straight and even at the ceiling. Again, I told my husband to help Ted hold the boards upright and straight. Again, my husband said Ted insisted he need no help even though my husband said it was obvious that Ted could not bend down and properly hold and nail a 9 and 1/2 feet board against a wall in an uneven stairwell. My husband told me Ted was just wasting time, and that with someone holding the board straight against the wall and ceiling, Ted could have finished nailing that first board in ten (10) minutes. The exact same things happened when Ted finally got to the second board panel. My husband had to ask Ted to take it down and reset it properly. When Ted finally finished with the second board, he said: "My time's up. I don't have time to do the anything else." When I got up to go to work and saw what he had taken 2 hours to complete, I was shocked and appalled. I had to get the consultant's carpenter to come by and correct the project. Since he did not have to cut the 4 inch boards, it took him only six (6) minutes to reset and renail the 1st panel and nine (9) minutes to reset and renail the 2nd panel. My husband helped by hold the boards while the carpenter removed, reset and nailed them back up. Needless to say, I will not hire Ted's firm for any other work at my home. Cheryle Collins

"The table pads are very good. The template kit that they sent was easy to follow. The company called me to confirm details and made some recommendations to save us some money. The folks that I dealt with over the phone were very professional, helpful and pleasant."

"Needed to replace and repair lots of rotten wood, and peeling paint on the house. looked at several options, and Continental worked hard to earn my business. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. The house looks fantastic, and I never need to worry about rotten siding again. Would highly recommend."

"Amazing customer service. My bed was broken when my movers set it up. This company came out at 6pm on a Sunday evening with the materials to professionally repair my bed so I can finally get a good nights sleep. I?m a recent widow and he showed concern and made me feel that he is very trustworthy. Will 100% be hiring again for all of the things and repairs that my husband would have normally done."
