He gave me a few repair options and we ended having to redo our gutter system and replaced it with a TP material which works much better than our old steel gutter. At the initial inspection, Kettner gave us a reasonable quote, which included installing new flashing and metal vents. Kettner completed the repairs, and the following day December's usual rain and east wind returned in force -- but no leak! We highly recommend Ibex Roofing. They answered all our questions, worked with our schedule, and followed up both during the process and after repairs were finished, to be sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction."

"Anthony & his wife showed up same day & sealed the driveway pronto. I also needed some roof repair on a flat entry porch & detached garage. Both had drainage issues for which we agreed on a course of action. He offered to do everything for $7,000. "And I'll throw in the driveway" he said. The contract was e-mailed to us & returned with a digital signature. After many broken dates, his crew of 2 guys finally got the porch roof done in 2 visits. That took a month to accomplish. I had already paid for the driveway ($785) because it was, after all, work that was done. Anthony then wanted a check for $7,400. I stupidly paid this in good faith thinking that things would work out according to contract. I looked at it again and noticed the total was for $6850 tax included. He argued against doing the garage which is on the contract. It got done. The work done on the porch is not according to contract & does not solve the issue. He refuses to inspect the work. Absolutely unprofessional."

"Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience having our house re-sided with Planet Builders. Things started out well, Marcio and crew are very friendly and easy to talk to, but what was originally quoted as a ?4 week project? became a 3 month project. After the first week, they would only appear after repeated texting asking when they were coming back - and then they would be there and work for a couple days and then disappear again. They started in April and by the time they were finished, we were told it was too late into fall to paint. :( Also, they replaced a couple windows as part of the siding job and did a lot of damage to the inside of the house that we had to have repaired. The siders also covered over our fully functioning attic fan! We could not figure out why our house was so hot- and my husband went outside and said where the vent for the attic?! (It was under the siding). I complained to Marcio about the delays and the damage and he gave me $500 back (from a $30k project). Marcio was so nice, I wish the construction experience had been nice too!"
