"Ergeon did the consultation, but a sub contractor did the installation. Mine was installed by SPR Landscaping in Fremont. Work: Install picket fence around front yard, install wooden gate with metal frame for driveway. Demolish and haul away old gate. Communication - 4/5 They were responsive and answered any questions I had. There was an instance where they didn?t get back to me until the next day, but they addressed my concerns when they did. Timeliness - 4/5 Besides the initial walkthrough and a follow-up visit, the crew arrived on time. Quality of work - 3/5 The picket fence looks great. There were a couple of gaps where the horizontal rails met the posts which they fixed with wood filler. There were some over pour of concrete on my already paved walkway which I cleaned up after they left. Some of the welds could have been done better but the installer assured me they are strong. Overall, friendly people to work with. "

"System Pavers is HIGHLY motivated and well optimized to make the sale – but they WILL NOT stand behind their “system.” If/when problems develop (even due to their own failures), you are on your own. After a very high-pressure sales pitch (disguised as a “design meeting”) with all the accoutrements (fancy PowerPoint demonstration, a copy of their very large surety bond, commitments that they will stand behind us, and a “discount” that magically expired the same day), System Pavers completed our $72k backyard paver project in September 2021. Over the next few weeks, the pavers began to separate, sag, and “crown.” Also, the drainage in many areas was toward the house, not away from it. They did come back a couple of times to remove pavers, recompact, and reset. However, when failures continued, they asked us to let the system fail for another year so they would only have to do a major rehabilitation once. When that year elapsed, they were nowhere to be found. Very difficult to get them to come back out. Then, instead of fixing the failed system, they had a soils engineer evaluate. The engineer’s report confirmed they did not properly prepare the subgrade. They recently sent an email essentially saying they didn’t want to keep spending money on their failed system. They also claimed the warrantee would not cover the repairs. They are simply walking away, leaving us with an unsafe, embarrassing backyard and a worthless major investment. What a joke. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY."

All subcontractors are highly skilled at their trades.A good portion of a job is completed myself. I also have an electrical license where all of the work is completed myself. I pride my company and reputation as always being punctual and deliver the highest quality work. Small 1-2 day jobs are done on a time and materials basis. For larger jobs, the client is given a proposal/contract for review and signed acceptance before any work begins. I have never had a complaint from a client and have many repeat customers. "Bernardo & his team did an outstanding job, designing, building & installing a custom combo metal frame & cedar wood 10’x8’ double wide gate. In addition, they did some other fence repair. Bernardo had great ideas about the style & look. I listened & couldn’t be happier. His pricing was in line with 6 other bids. I selected Bernardo because he offered ideas as opposed to just saying “oh that’s going to cost you more money”. I actually got a custom gate compared to others so in reality, his pricing was the best considering it was more than a rectangular design as others quoted. I highly recommend Bernardo’s fencing. If I had anything to pick at, the clean up could have been a little better. I did do some sweeping up afterwards but that’s all I can think of as a nitpick."
