"My phone call was answered promptly and the woman who answered was kind, helpful, and very professional (sorry, I didn't catch her name)! They were able to squeeze in a visit for an estimate the same day. When Steve got to my house, he put on his shoes covers and went right to work looking in the ducts and the furnace for any signs/ smells indicating a problem. He couldn't find anything. He told me that the ducts looked very clean overall and we didn't even need to get them cleaned at this time. I appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and excellent service. "Called the office with a pre-diagnosed problem with a dishwasher.  Service technician was scheduled to come that afternoon with parts on the truck.  Technician (ED8627) arrived and was whistling and rude with no parts on the truck.  When price came back for the repair that was WAY higher than expected , I telephoned my husband/partner.  At that moment, technician Ed exhaled and said something like "Oh No."  When Ed was walking out the door, he said "don't hurt yourself cleaning."    <br /> After Ed left, I called the office and was passed to Brian.  Brian was VERY, VERY aggressive and VERY, VERY loud on the phone.  He never tried to listen to what I was saying and even had the audacity to TWICE ask to speak with my husband.  Lookout -- this is a very sexist company.  <br /> <br /> <em><strong>UPDATE:  After writing the above review, I telephoned the office and asked to speak with an owner.  That owner subsequently agreed to refund my $68.50 and said he would speak to his staff at their next weekly meeting.  The refund check arrived in the postal mail a few days later.  Today, via USPS, I received the attached apology letter.  Thank you, AAA Home Services, for taking the time to apologize.  It is appreciated.  As such, I moved my "F" ratings to "C" ratings in the Overall, Price, Quality, and Professionalism categories.  I would have  moved my "No" response to "Would you use this provider in the future?" to a "Maybe" answer if that were an option on Angie's List.<br /> </strong></em>"
