The roof needed a great deal of work, including full replacement or sistering of quite a few rafters, replacement of all plywood-sheathing around the edges of the roof, with a complete roof overlay of additional sheathing to meet current code requirements, replacement of all fascia where the gutters go, a new full roofing solution, new venting, sealing around the new wood, priming all new wood, full painting of my fascia, and new gutters.
