Prior to the appointment, Douglas advised me to purchase replacement motors only rather than buy new exhaust fans when I discussed the issue with him. This was consistent with what I had researched online and discussed with a hardware store employee. Saved time, money, and the headache of having to repair and paint the ceiling. "Serge is wonderful. He tells what the job cost (replace toilet cost $250, he does not "pad" his labor cost. He does not nickle and dime you over the price of nails or screws or ther materials. He re-tiled our bathroom. We bought the tiles and matching grout. He had the morter and spacers- which were factored into his cost. We had a few hiccups with things not fitting right , Serge was very patient, gave us options, and worked to solve the issue. I would definitely hire him for more jobs."

"Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! "Prior to hiring Scott to build my deck, I got bids from 10 different companies. Scott's price was in the middle, but from our first meeting he stood out from the rest. Scott took the time to truly consider my ideas and help me figure out what I wanted by providing feedback and ideas of his own. He put together a great design and quickly got to work despite some rough weather. Unfortuantely my project got delayed due to some issues with the city that were in no way Scott's fault. As a result I asked Scott to change the design, but he took it in stride and readily made the adjustments at no charge, while maintaining his positive attitude. In the end, Scott wasn't happy until I was fully happy, and he spent extra time putting in finishing touches that weren't in the original plan, and making some tweaks when I changed my mind. I can't spreak highly enough of Scott's professionalism, patience, kindness, and commitment to the quality of his work. I recommend him wholeheartedly."
