He not only replaced the trim but also fixed the original issues with the windows by properly securing the windows and adding waterproof flashing around the windows before installing the trim (at no extra cost). He was very punctual and took great pains to ensure that his work was not disruptive to anyone in the household. I would use KRM again in a heart beat."

She readily volunteered to return and redo it, but after I had to cancel the scheduled appointment because of a conflict, she would not answer her cell or e-mail to reschedule. It took five days for her to call back to reschedule. The second application was fine and her costs are very reasonable."

"I purchased an Angie list special. I contacted America's Best and set up appointment. I wanted gutter cleaning, and when I called, they offered to do the windows inside and out also. They came to do the work as promised with my daughter at home (I was not there.) I had to leave a check in case there was an additional charge for windows beyond their "basic" to be cleaned. They said there might be an additional charge after seeing the house, and there was. My house is so tiny (<1,000 sf with five windows and three doors with glass) that I thought the additional charge was not reasonable. I was disappointed with the charge, but they did a good job with the work. <br />"

"He is on Angie's List and that is where we got a hold of him. The overall experience was excellent. They took down all the wallboard on the walls and put up new wallboard. They repaired a wall where the previous contractor had put windows in and left the flashing on the windows so deep that they couldn’t put moulding up. They never came out to fix it, so he repaired the walls so that they matched up flush with the inside of the windows that they could be finished out. They put in a new closet in one of the bedrooms. They scraped the ceilings and added some electrical to the bedrooms’ lights in the closets. They put in new flooring and took out the old carpeting and stuff. They replaced all the doors that had been ruined by the previous contractor by painting them with a sponge brush. They put new moulding in all the bedrooms and crown moulding. They repainted the hallway because they had to take off the mouldings to replace seven doors that were facing the hall. They put back all the lighting and put moulding around all the windows and doors. We are planning on using them again next year."
