"We did a lot of research prior to hiring Thrasher and we were not disappointed. Frankly I had been in denial (and fear) about the work I knew we needed done on our Midtown Omaha home because I was so concerned about the cost and impact on our brick Tudor. We had a crack in the brick near our garage and our basement had been leaking for a number of years with hard rains. From the start of the process, Thrasher was outstanding in terms of communication and education about what they do. Before we met with our Systems Design Specialist, Anthony, we had received e-mails and calls to confirm the date, along with a packet of educational materials about home foundations and waterproofing. When Anthony came to our home, he was very professional and performed a full inspection about our concerns. He prepared an estimate and we selected what was best for us following a thorough review of options he presented. The foundation work was completed first in ONE day. The basement waterproofing was completed the next week over a two-day time frame. The workers were very professional and arrived at the time they arranged with us. In regard to the basement waterproofing, we discovered one small issue. They came out immediately to correct this and all has been worked wonderfully since. We are very pleased with their work and commitment to customer service. Highly recommend Thrasher to anyone considering foundation or waterproofing work."

"Acculevel did a super job for us! We have a house that was built in 1902 with a small crawl space. They fixed ALL our problems and did NOT have to tear up the floors. "The sales guy was very impressive. He explained everything about the process and did a detailed inspection of the areas to be worked on. <br /> He was honest in saying that sometimes the concrete seams don't match up perfectly, but that the installers would use a grinder to feather out any spots where this would happen. I asked about cracking and he said that it rarely occurred. <br /> The installer came on the appointed day and was still there when I returned from work. He had completed much of the job, but indicated that he had trouble with some of the equipment and that some of the poly-leveling material had sprayed around some of the work areas. He said he would come back and finish the next day (which was a Saturday). <br /> He returned Saturday and finished. I inspected the work and was generally happy with the concrete leveling; my front step was now very close to it's original height and my patio was shedding water away from the house. But I did find a couple of things that distressed me and told the installer about them: <br /> 1. There were two very noticeable cracks and a third very thin one. Would he be filling these cracks to prevent future water damage? <br /> 2. There were many places in the driveway where the slabs were still uneven. Was he planning on grinding those down as promised? <br /> After he left, I also noticed that the patching material used to fill the holes seemed to be chipping away already and in several holes, did not even come up to the level of the slab. <br /> He later called back and said that he would come back and use a high quality sealer to fill the cracks. He didn't mention the uneven concrete. <br /> I later was contacted by the office about payment. I explained that there were outstanding issues. I was assured that arrangement had been made to fix them. <br /> Then I made the ultimate error: I paid them. <br /> When the sales guy made a follow up call, I told him there were still outstanding issues, and that I had been promised that they would be addressed. <br /> No cracks have been filled, the holes collect water every time it rains and I am mortified at the prospect of trying to clear snow from my uneven driveway this winter. <br /> Could I have made more noise with them about this? Sure. Should I have to after making three people aware of the problems? Certainly not."

Management answered all the questions I had, walked me through what steps they were going to take to get things done. Dustin was extremely thorough, knowledgable, and took time to explain the recommended systems. I will 100% be utilizing them in the future strictly based on the level of trust and quality he presented! His communication was fantastic, they always arrived on time. They were careful with the property, always cleaned up when they were done. I will absolutely hire them again to complete any future foundation/basement work and I will absolutely recommend this company without reservation or hesitation. They stand behind their work."

"Installed 15 piers. Excavated around the eastern side of house all the way down to the foundation, installed the brackets, did the lift. In addition, they installed a membrane around the basement walls while they were exposed to help prevent water leakage. They verified that all the cracks and gaps were closed as much as possible, and filled in whatever cracks remained with either caulk (for the smaller ones) or mortar for the couple of places where the cinder block had broken so it didn't close completely with the lift. Steve kept me updated on what was being done throughout the process, and his site boss and team were outstanding. It took them 6 days to get it all done, during one of the hottest weeks in recent history (95-106 degrees F). They even added a wall anchor after determining that the wall with most of the cracking was slightly bowed after the lift was completed. Can't recommend these guys highly enough."

"We live in a condo. Our neighbor got bids from several companies to fix the patio in our backyard which is connected to both of our foundations. Ja Jay LaPar of Heartland Foundations gave the best bid and got the job. We have a fish pond right next to the patio so I was concerned, but he assured us there would be no damage to the pond. They were very careful and true to their word. They planned to finish the job in one day, but they had to come back and finish a week later. The existing concrete took longer to remove than anticipated and it was an exceptionally hot day so that the new concrete dried too quickly. He was very good about letting me know the difficulties and they didn't charge any more than the original quote even though they had to spend a lot more time and effort to finish the job. The new patio looks great!"

"Jay was pretty prompt in coming to give us an estimate to do our work.  The date of our estimate was March 23, 2015.  To secure him to do the work, he required 1/2 down and 1/2 upon completion.  We sent the payment on April 6th, 2015.  That check was cashed on April 17th, 2015.  We expected him to contact us to set up a date to do the work once that happened but ended up having to call him.  We called him on May 1st  2015 and asked when he would be able to do the work.  During that phone call we explained that we needed the job completed.  He said he wouldn't be out that week and then wouldn't commit to a date or a time frame.  He said he would email us when he could get to it.  No email came so we called him again on May 18th, 2015.  He returned the call the next day and said they would be out on the 20th.  They did come and did a nice job.  Kicker was that we had his request for the final portion of his bill in an emailed statement less than couple of hours after the work was completed.  It was a small job and shouldn't have taken so long to have it completed in spite of all the rain we have had. <br />"

"A sales person from Jerry's Basement came over to look at the water issues in our unfinished basement. What we discovered through his very honest and knowledgeable assessment was that the water we were experiencing on our floor was a result of a clogged floor drain. When our water softener runs (programmed to run at night), it would spill over on to the concrete floor since the floor drain is clogged. He showed us by having the water softener run while we were there. The floor drain immediately filled up with water. We were so grateful for his honesty because we had two other companies come out before Jerry's Basement, giving us very high bids for sump pumps and labor ranging between $9,000 and $17,000! This is why we do more than one bid and highly recommend Jerry's Basement should you have any water issues in your basement. You will be guaranteed an honest opinion."
