After accepting the contract, it took about 8 weeks to get on their schedule. However, once the project began, the team arrived promptly with a crew of 5-6 workers and finished the entire re-roof in just 6 days. This included tearing off the old roofing, removing a decorative dormer, installing new shingles, repairing the stucco, and adding gutter guards around the house. The crew was punctual, arriving before 8 am every day and wrapping up around 4 pm. Despite the nature of roofing projects being messy, they did a great job of cleaning up each day, leaving the property neat and tidy."

After the initial signing of the contract the installation team came to the house the next day to walk us through their process, pointing out what will actually take place. The day of the repair, the crews arrived on time, had the proper materials, came with a crew who were all proficient in their positions and when finished, cleaned the area professionally. Later in the afternoon, the production manager came out to walk and inspect the repaired roof. He took photos, verified that the work was complete and had me sign off on the work.
