Since this is a rental property and I was not onsite each day, Bob sent pics and updates every day. They sanded old wood windows and wood trim and made them look fresh again. Fixed holes and imperfections in walls and painted. They also installed new baseboards and window trim in some locations. They also finished the job a day early. I finally found a quality painter that I can trust."

"Chris Williams did an exceptional job on a difficult project. We had problems with the crane/lift that was initially provided to do the job. When that method turned out to be unsafe, scaffolding had to be built, a more expensive item. Despite those additional costs, Chris honored the original bid. But more than that, Chris is great to work with. He's knowledgable, patient, attentive and trustworthy. His crew is great, too. Our Homeowners Association has been using Chris and CertaPro for years. "Kaveh and his team were professional, timely, and detail-oriented from start to finish! I cannot say enough positive things about his work and dedicated crew! He has well-deserved amazing reviews for a reason. We had a complicated job which required stair case repair to our skirt board as well as paining. We recently changed from carpeted stairs to hardwood and there were holes along the skirt board near the old stair nose that needed to be filled. Additionally, our entire staircase was a dark red mahogany-colored wood that made the space look darker and smaller. Some less experienced painters suggested caulking the holes, which we knew was a terrible fix! Kaveh and his team knew exactly how to fill and sand the area to make it look like the damage never happened! He was also the only person to call out the need to use a good color blocking primer given the stain and intensity of the wood. They carefully taped everything and left the railings balusters the red mahogany color and then painted the spindles, skirt boards, and risers white. The finished result is perfection! The space looks clean, brighter, and more inviting. I wish I could post a before and after picture here! To top it all off they not only did fantastic work but stuck to their timeline. They worked hard, stayed late on Friday, and did not let any detail on quality slide. If you are debating between Specialty Design Coatings and another company stop now and go with this one!
