"You get what you pay for folks - it is that simple. I needed help with what sounded to be a simple job (install a dog door) but I knew wasn't (was going in where an existing dog door was located - but not the same size/construction). My husband and I are pretty aggressive about tackling home repairs on our own, but this was certainly out of our league and would have been botched by your average guy.
