I was a few weeks away from scheduling the work, so when I was ready I contacted him again through the website. We set up a date/time and I met him at the property. Wow, what a process, he worked for 3 hrs cleaning every duct and then cleaned and completely revented my clothes dryer. "These folks are fantastic! I've used them twice. Originally we were ignorant to the fact that the dryer vents would need to be cleaned every couple of years. If it's bad enough, it can start a house fire. At our old house, the dryer stopped working properly and it took forever for anything to get dry. We had a repairman come out and he told us that our vent was badly clogged. He recommended Lint Busters. They were prompt and cleaned out our system. Problem solved. We recently bought a new (old) home and the same thing happened; the dryer was not drying. Again we called Lint Busters. They offered an appointment the next day and gave us a three-hour window.
