"I contacted PRS and they scheduled Travis McCormick, Senior Project Manager, to come to my home on Friday, 01-28-11 to give me an estimate. Because I had so many areas where the rain was leaking in, he felt that the entire roof needed to be repaired. He carefully explained all this to me , I agreed with him and he scheduled the work to begin on Tuesday, 02-01-11. He thought it would take 2 full days to complete everything but they sent out their best crew and they were terrific. They worked constantly, no idle chatter, no music blaring - it was wonderful! On Tuesday they cleaned up every area before going home and they returned the next morning before 7a.m. By 11a.m. on Wednesday, they had completed all the roofing work and had cleaned up all areas around my house. I couldn't believe it only took them a day and a half to finish all this work. I commend everyone at PRS for a job very well done starting with Michelle who scheduled the estimate appointment, then my conference with Travis who was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, a perfect gentleman and had an Irishman's great sense of humor. And, of course, special thanks to Benjamin and his outstanding crew of workers!!"
