"Pure Plumbing was very professional from beginning to end of the project. I smelled gas in my garage coming from my water heater. I called them at 7:00 PM on a Sunday night and they had a technician (Kyle) out to my house in under an hour. He called me and let me know when he would arrive. He saw the corrosion and small leak and said the unit would have to be replaced. The next day we set up an appointment (2 hour window) and they sent me an e-mail with the technicians name. Pure Plumbing called 10 min before the appointment and told me he would be on his way shortly. The technician (Jack) called and said he would be at my residence shortly. They did the work quickly replacing the old water heater and fixing some problems with the piping from my last installation. He answered all questions and cleaned up when they left."

"Brian showed up exactly at 11:30, quickly diagnosed the problem, which included going on the roof, removing a grid on the top of the duct that was blocking the lint, and removing several inches of lint that had built up and hardened that was not allowing the air to vent. He completed his work in less than an hour. He was fast, professional, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. While it was certainly more work than he expected he charged the quoted price. If you need you dryer vent cleaned, do not use anyone else! (They also do air conditioning ducts. We don’t need that done now but when we do, All Ducts will be our first and only call.)"

"John was excellent, very professional and very complete in his work. He took 8 hours to completely clean all of our air registers, all duct work, and most importantly the HVAC in the ceiling. He also sprayed a sealant mist throughout the duct work to seal any cracks. He used several large vacuums, with HEPA filters, to suck out the dust as he worked in my house. He removed and cleaned each air register and ran an air spider to knock loose any dust and dirt in the duct work. He had the HEPA vacuum connected all the time. The biggest job was in the ceiling. John took off the top cover and cleaned both the A/C and Heater sections of the HVAC. The HEPA vacuum was constantly sucking any dust or dirt dislodged. It was a messy and hard job but he cleaned the unit very well using a brush and blower tip. John also repaired for free damage done to my duct work by an A/C plumbing company when they installed a whole house air cleaner. The flexible duct was torn and allowing the fiberglass insulation to be sucked into my duct system and into my house. I observed John working in the ceiling and throughout my house. He was constantly moving and cleaning and explained everything he did. He also cleaned my heater duct work for free. He was the only one we contacted who even mentioned they cleaned the HVAC unit. The other vendors only mentioned cleaning the air registers and ducts and not the HVAC unit. The HVAC unit is very important because it is where a lot of dust gets trapped on the A/C coils for years and impact the air quality of the house."
