"James was friendly and appeared confident and gave a reasonable quote for the price of the work. Unfortunately after I gave him half the money in advance ($800) things went downhill. He showed up with a teenage apprentice and did a half of a day’s work...see picture. He then went on vacation with his wife. When he returned he said my job wasn't a priority and he would get back to me. My wife hadn't decided what she wanted for the doorway but he still didn't finish the portion he had started. I waited several weeks and felt like he wasn't going to get back to me so I hired another handyman who had quoted a higher price. He said the work that James had done was shoddy and he took a picture of it. He had to take James' work down and redo it and then took two days to finish the job. James got back to me eventually and I told him the job was completed. He had done approximately 1/6 of the work and I asked for some of the money back. He said he would think about it. I figured it was lost money. He got back to me and said he would return $200. I was surprised to even hear back from him so I was pleased I would be getting some money back. Two weeks went by and I hadn't heard from him so I messaged him regarding the $200. He replied that he hadn't forgotten but that he was busy. This was all back in July and August. I called him in October and he said he would bring me $100 dollars on Monday, October 28. He was a no-show. It is now December. My advice is do not pay for service until the work is completed."

"Put simply, if you aren't using MC Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs, you should be. Woke up this morning to a leak in my garage. A friend recommended MC Plumbing, and when I called at 730am Scott answered the phone on the second ring. He listened to my problem, and arranged to have someone come take a look between 8am and 10am. As I write this, it is still not 10am, and my problem has been fixed. Makay showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and immediately fixed my problem. There was no upselling, and I wasn't charged for anything I didn't need. Honestly, I've dealt with a lot of licensed professionals, and you would be very hard-pressed to find any better than MC Plumbing. My highest possible recommendation!"
