He sent Alvin out for the dig and he was very cautious of his surroundings being so close to our house and pool. He did a great job and the electrician complemented his work. "3 unsupervised teens were sent out. I showed them what I wanted done. Lawn and beds had a small amount of leaves (fall cleanup done prior)that required raking and use of a blower. They spent an hour and 20 minutes walking around with a blower and leaves, pine cones, and 2 plastic bags against the fence. Half the leaves were untouched, and the gate left opened. When I spoke to the manager about the incompleted work, she said I would have to pay for additional hours. The amount of work could have been completed in less time if they had done the work as instructed. I would not recommend this company. These teens should have had an adult to supervise the work."

Roger (owner) stopped by to give me a quote, and after seeing the size of the job (fairly small) and knowing that I wanted to move quickly, reorganized his crews day and got it done within a few hours.
