We had commercial concrete installed on part of the driveway at our house to replace the original cookie-thin garbage that has totally crumbled like...well, a cookie. The owner, Terry, was very up-front with pricing and recommendations, was always available when I had a question, the work was done quickly and precisely, and the next day he showed me potential trouble spots surrounding the new slab and what to do about it. "I want to start off with saying that the final product of our concrete pad that we will be installing a pergola on top of later turned out amazing! But the journey to get there was complicated. I don’t believe that it was the Company‘s fault exactly. What happened was we had been getting a lot of rain and when they dug the area out and removed the grass there was a lot of mud and water in the “hole“. The size of the concrete pad was 15 x 25‘.Feet. Anyway, they put the framing in and the concrete truck came and they poured it and everything looked perfect when they left. They did babysit it for a while quite a few hours and it looked really good when they left. But unfortunately, about four hours later, these weird holes or air pockets started to appear. I texted the person in charge Ruben and he was also very concerned with what was happening and stayed in touch. Two days later, he came out to see it in person and it looked terrible.
