He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. Very detailed estimate by Scott Turley (I had to sit through a 1.5 hour "class", after which I new more about roofing than I ever wanted to know).  The roof was measured by satellite and then again in person by Frank. They listened to my concerns and requests; arrived earlier than estimated. All permits were obtained. All inspections were passed without delay. A large crew arrived and the work was done in a clean, professional manner under Ron's supervision, without any interruption of our office practice. Everything was cleaned up at the end of every day; no nails were left, no significant damage was done to the vegetation or to our alarm/sprinkler system. Pictures were made of the hurricane straps and roof repairs in progress. Every time I climbed on the ladder the progress was explained in detail. The crew helped me save left over material which I intend to use for my hobbies.
We now have a beautiful copper metallic roof and finally a fancy medical office in Naples. The extra insulation should keep us more comfortable. Above all; we feel more safe.
Good contractors are very hard to find in Florida. (See my other reviews). Therefore, I am still in shock after this exceptional experience and would hire them again in a heart beat!

"Appointment was for 8:30am. Jose arrived at 8:10am and immediately went to work. It took over 3 hours to complete the work. Why? Jose had to contend with 25+ years of built up mildew. The outcome was outstanding! I was surprised when payment was to be either in cash or check instead of credit card. I take full responsibility for this oversight. As for Jose? He worked very, very hard. Outcome? Excellent!"

"My experience with Jose was great. He was referred to me by my realtor who refers him all the time. When I called he actually answered the phone. He gave me a very fair price quote over the phone and we set an appointment for the following week. He sent me a text confirmation and said he would send a confirming text the night before the appointment which he did. He showed up at the designated time and did a great job. "Received 3 bids from Angie's List companies, selected this one for best price.  Gave a $100 discount when asked if they had any specials for Angie's List members.  Contracted for work in April 2016 and work performed week of June 8, 2016 (lapse in time due to our request).  Cost included permits/inspections. Responded to my phone calls with questions prior to start of work.  Contract provided for additional charges if damage became known after removal of original roof.  "Extra" charge was just $60 for replacement of some wood (included in total price of $7,010).  Work completed in 2 days as was projected.  Punctual and cleaned up well at end of job. "
