It has been observed that the company fails to properly compensate its female workers, claiming that they are not citizens. Despite this, these individuals are employed for short-term labor and later dismissed under the pretext that their immigration status is irregular. While the company publicly claims to operate in a fair and professional manner, the reality behind the scenes reveals a pattern of humiliation, discrimination, and grossly disrespectful treatment toward workers. Such actions not only contradict the company’s stated values but may also constitute violations of labor and anti-discrimination laws. These practices raise significant ethical and legal concerns, particularly in relation to the fair treatment and protection of vulnerable workers. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated to ensure compliance with all applicable labor and human rights regulations, and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent further misconduct.
