In full disclosure they didn't pay attention to the underground markings and cut both our AT&T and Comcast lines. However, Andrew quickly came with a plan to route the repaired cable under the pavers with little inconvenience to us. Almost immediately after the work was completed we noticed the pavers starting to chip and in some cases cracked all the way through. When we contacted Andrew concerning the situation he quickly had his crew back out and replaced almost 80% of the pavers without question. Based on the number of pavers affected I believe the problem was a result of faulty pavers and no fault of Andrew or his team. We will use his team in the future!"
