"Installation (including the professionalism of the installers) was excellent. Same with the quality of the materials. What keeps me from giving 5 stars across the board is the ridiculously long wait to get the project scheduled. I was informed that installation would be done in 6 to 8 weeks. By the 10th week I began making weekly inquiries to the Tampa FL office; where the response was polite and reassuring. However, the job was not completed until the 12th week."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

I recently had my kitchen cabinets and counter replaced. Oroscos Renovation demoed and hauled away everything that needed to be remove. Ordered and installed cabinets, arranged for the counter to be made to specifications, were there to oversee the installation of the counter. Mr. Oroscos and his team were polite and respectful at all times and at the end of each day cleaned up after them self’s. The only thing I had to do was sit back and watch the magic happen.
