"Luminous Electric arrived with 6 recessed lights in hand and ready to install. My living room already had 2 recessed lights installed so I asked for the 6 new lights to be installed to make 2 rows of 4 lights. He measured, cut the holes, and hooked up the wires very quickly and left no mess. I did not need the dimmer switch that was noted in the deal because the 2 lights I already had were connected to a dimmer switch, and he gave me the dimmer switch to keep as an extra. There were no choices for style of recessed light or dimmer switch, and I was lucky that the recessed lights closely matched mine. I think the job was much easier for him because the only thing above the living room ceiling is unfinished attic. The bulbs that came with the deal were not LED so I bought new ones to replace them immediately. He was talkative and friendly."

Victor turned all the house lights on and turned on major appliances, and then waited to see if there were power issues. There were not so he concluded that the issue was resolved. "I had the good fortune of meeting Gregg from Firefly Landscape Lighting several weeks ago. He is a teacher who loves spending time outdoors when not at school. I had Kicher outdoor lights installed last year. From the first day, I had issues with lights being lighter and darker than each other and others going out completely. Gregg met me at exactly 7am as promised so I could leave for work on time. He was able to tell me within several minutes what was wrong with the system and what he needed to do to get it working. Gregg seemed very honest and knowledgeable and gave me what seemed to be a fair price for the work that needed to be done. I agreed to have him fix the system that day. I left for work and he called me several hours later that the system was fixed and it was. I am only sorry that I did not know Gregg at the beginning of the project so that he could have helped with design, fixture selection and installation. I am sure it would have come out much better."
