"We contacted California Customs Landscape for an estimate of work we wanted done. We set an appointment for a couple weeks out. Henry came out and we told him basically what we wanted to do. Our project was not an easy one at all. Our retaining wall required quite a bit more digging for the foundation than most as our property sits below a main street. We also have a water line for a Fire Hydrant that runs right where we wanted to build our wall and extend our driveway. Henry and his team worked with the city and came up with a solution that worked for all. Henry was very professional, honest and up front with us from the first day we met. The crew was ran by Mike and they were all very professional. Mike also kept us updated daily on the progress and what to expect. His crew showed up daily at 7 am and worked a full 8 hours each day. They cleaned up the work area each day, swept the sidewalk and put away equipment and tools daily. Our work is now complete. We have a new driveway, extended for additional parking, new shrubs planted with drip system, new concrete walkway around side and back of house. We will definitely use Henry, Mike and their crews for any future work we may have. We have to say, we did not choose California Customs Landscape for the price, we chose them because they were knowledgeable, professional and honest. We couldn't be happier with our decision. "Dave May and his crew of three arrived at the agreed time and advised the kind of care the freshly poured pad would need over the next several weeks.  There are no cracks in the surface anywhere in the pad.  He and his company are very professional and very quick to complete the work.  He called a couple of days after completing the job, and was concerned that we are satisfied with the workmanship, (which we are).  He will be returning in January to do a couple of small jobs at the same time when he does the work for our neighbor.  I am having him pour a landing pad at the base of the back steps on the house and a small pad to hold the trash containers, in the carport.  Dave May is a very skilled craftsman, whose main concern is to do his work as professionally as possible.     <br /> l <br />"

As soon as the permits were issued he began work immediately. I was on site for the entire project and was extremely well pleased with the workers used, from framers to drywaller, all were excellent.  He kept me informed of all details and progress of the job.  The city inspections went smoothly.  Adam also offered decorating suggestions and referrals for flooring.  I will certainly use Adam for any future projects. <br />"

From the very beginning we contacted them, they were first to return our call, setup appointments and give us solid feedback on the project cost. Responsiveness was particularly important as we lived on the east Coast and we remodeling the entire house on the West Coast. Tom and his team were professionals the entire time. Think about it? They were asked to strip the house down to its studs and rebuild. We did the project almost entirely by pictures and video back and forth.
