He initially provided us with a free walkthrough estimate of our entire house to include some couches and rugs in addition to the carpets that needed care. "They used a different type of carpet cleaning that I am not familiar with. Overall, they did a good job. It's just the concept that confuses me a little bit. They used a different technique than the regular carpet cleaning company does. They did it in April or May. They don't use a brush and water vacuum system like most other companies use. They use more of a dry chemical technique. It's chemical based and I guess its supposed to help draw the dirt out of the carpet itself. Ultimately the carpets were cleaned and the job was done. I think it cost between three and four hundred dollars. I would rate them an 'A'. I would use them again in the future."
