I had to get a new tire because they seemingly can’t do something so simple as to not leave nails laying around. The owners response was “I don’t want to pay for a new tire” guess what? I didn’t want to have your nail in my tire. I didn’t want to have to get a new tire but had to because the nail was in the side wall. I didn’t want to have to sit in a waiting room for three hours to have the tire replaced. I didn’t want to have to continually call your company looking for you to do the right thing, and get the same answer which was no answer at all.
