They are very professional, do great work and arrive on time all at a very fair price. Doug came out to do the work. Doug is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional and does outstanding work. I couldn’t be more satisfied and they charge reasonable prices. I highly recommend them and I will continue using them for all my plumbing needs."

"Richard is an accomplished plumber whose work is impeccable. He came here two weeks ago and replaced my 10+ year old garbage disposal. Because of the professional job he did, I hired him to come back Thursday to install 2 Moen Bathroom faucets. His prices are very competitive. "Equal rooter called me about 5 minutes after I requested a quote from Angies List. I had previously reached out to several plumber/contractors hoping to have my potfiller repaired but not many seemed to be knowledgeable of this type of faucet/ plumbing. Not the case with this company. From our first conversation I could tell i was in good hands. Kevin sent someone the next day who arrived on time, wore a mask without me having to ask, and took his time to make sure he got to the root of the problem and that it did not leak. I had been really stressed out about this getting replaced as I was starting to think no one would be able to fix it. Equal Rooter did and in less than 24hrs from first contact! Price is probably not the cheapest but not exorbitant. I think it was fair for the work involved. I would use them again for any future plumbing issues."

"They dealt with pulling up flooring, swapping out our cupboards, and took down drywall. He also cleaned everything in our home; he washed our walls and paid to have all clothes/furniture laundered. He also notified us that the water heater, faucet, and garbage disposal were leaky so that we could have those replaced to avoid further mold issues. I decided to go with him over two other providers based upon his extremely detailed and comprehensive estimate.  

He was very good at coordinating with his subcontractors and also with the the installation people from Lowe's."
