"Jeffrey was courteous and most important, this was a small job in which many contractors never bothered to call back and give me a quote. Solid Fencing LLC, was the first to call after I call at least 3 or 4 local fence companies. We arranged a quote using photos and text messages and phone calls. The job was arranged and he came out one week and fixed as requested. Some companies were saying 3 weeks for quotations and 6 weeks for repairs. Which is ridiculous for a small job involving one broken post from last year's Hurricane Irma."

"When we first called Carl for a garage shelving estimate, he said he was in the area and would be by within an hour. We talked with him about what we'd like to have built and where we'd like it. He completely understood our needs, asked some intelligent questions, gave some valuable advice, and gave a good estimate for labor costs. He'd buy and bring the material to do the job and provide us with the receipt so we could reimburse him. We set a date for the next week. He arrived on time along with his adult son and all the materials he had bought for us plus all of his work gear. They set to work unloading our garage shelves (most of which were already containerized and boxed) into the middle of the garage floor. They worked very hard and very smart. The shelving was done perfectly on all three sides of the garage exactly like we had requested. They loaded our new shelves back up exactly where we wanted things and left some for us to do on our own at our request. They were very courteous, kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We've already asked Carl to come back and do some work for the interior of our home.
