They put in a new 4' by 8' section of plywood and added some extra support rails under the replaced piece just for extra insurance. On the scheduled day, Lowell was not just on time but came 20 minutes early.  Every step of the process impressed us.  He made all requested repairs, answered all of our questions, and even gave us hints for easy fixes for other repairs.  Lowell worked beyond the two hours and cleaned up after every repair.  The additional charges were totally expected (as they had been explained in advance of the appointment) and extremely fair.
