Prep work required replacing over 20 sheets of plywood siding, nail the entire house to current Hurricane codes and wrapping the house with a vapor barrier. The HardiePlank installation was excellent, the craftsmanship of fitting the planks and trim was awesome. "Ryan Watson was very nice, and he did a great job, he went up on the roof and took some pictures of the damages of the roof from the hurricane that I didn't even know about and cleaned the gutters and fixed a gutter that came loose. I was very pleased with the work and the service of Ryan. He did several jobs and I was okay with the price. and if I am dissatisfied with the work, is to just call him and he would come back and fix or redo the work for me. "Mark and his helper of Patriot Pressure Cleaning were punctual and did an excellent job of pressure cleaning my entire home for a good price. He used a mild chlorine solution on the roof to kill the mold and mildew which did not harm my plants.  While cleaning the roof, he found 6 cracked barrel tiles and glued them back together at no additional charge, so I gave him a $25 tip.  I would definitely use Patriot Pressure Cleaning again and can recommend them to anyone needing pressure cleaning services. <br />"

Technician Rob also communicated in advance, arrived precisely as scheduled, and worked non-stop in the attic. He took photos of the finished job and discussed details with me. "It started with Bob coming out to give me an estimate. He was honest, professional and respectful. Another estimator said I'd have to pick out, order, and buy the doors and trim myself, then he would pick it up. One of the reason I wanted to hire someone was so I wouldn't have to do that. Bob never suggested such a thing, he handled it all and came in $1000.00 under the other guy. Next came Juan and his 2 crew members. They were unbelievably great! They arrived by 8:30 every day and worked non-stop, except for a lunch break, until 5:00. The finished product EXCEEDED my expectations. They were meticulous with every aspect of the job. They covered everything, including the floors. When they removed 2 linen closet doors they taped plastic over the opening to protect the contents. They did a wonderful clean up every night, sweeping and wiping down the floors. They too were honest, professional and respectful. (And just very sweet guys).
