"Based on the Angie's list reviews I contacted the concrete store for an estimate on repairing the apron part of my driveway. I left a message but was immediately contacted by Todd. We arranged for a time for him to come by and he was punctual. His estimate was not the lowest but again, based on reviews I selected his company. They had a problem, when removing the damaged concrete, the crack continued another 2-3 feet. Even though this was an additional expense, the bill was not increased. The workers were professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend The Concrete Store to any member that needs their expertise. <br />"

"Jeff responded to my call the same day, came over to get information for the estimate the following day and emailed me an estimate 2 days later. Due to an issue with my HOA, I needed a second estimate which he gladly gave. Prior to starting the work, I was reminded that I would not be able to drive on the new driveway for 4 days and also that I would need to have the dirt under the driveway treated by a pest control company after they removed the section of driveway. Jeff worked with me to get the Pest Control company out here before the new slab was poured. The crew showed up on time, moved potted plants and wind chimes and other items that needed to be moved. When the work was completed, they cleaned up everything and put back the things they moved. I am very pleased with the result and I would use Jeff’s A Team again without question. I highly recommend this company for concrete work."

"I noticed a crack that started in my living room and continued into one of the bedrooms. The bedroom floor was sinking away from the wall. I did research and found Poly Lift USA. I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. The manager came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of the questions I had. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. They explained the process as they worked and allowed us to watch. They drilled small holes throughout the home and then injected the polyurethane. Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day.
