"The owner, Chris, called me within minutes of sending my Home Advisor request for dryer vent cleaning. He set up a next day appointment. They came out the next day and were very friendly and personable. It took the 2 of them about 30 minutes to do the dryer vent cleaning. Only issue I had was they charged me $21 to replace the vent kit behind the dryer. They said it was a more flexible vent hose so that the dryer could be pushed back closer to the wall. That would have been great except when they left, the washer and dryer were pulled so far out from the wall that I couldn t close the laundry door. I had to push the appliances back into place to be able to close the door. I would hire them again. They were super friendly and did the job. I d just remind them to make sure that I can close the door after they leave."

"Called the number for BJ Appliance that I found on Angie's List. Owner Bruno Palmier answered the phone, pulled over and took my questions and information. Indicated he would call that evening after he got back to the office and schedule a service call. Called promptly that evening and scheduled for between 12 and 2 the next day. Pedro (Bruno's brother) arrived at noon the next day and was fully aware of the issues that I wanted checked. He was very methodical and went step by step thru each appliance. Had no problem explaining to the amateur watching him what he was doing. On one issue with the refrigerator he suggested that we replace the water filter before proceeding to a more expensive solution. That fixed the problem!! Fix for the cooktop required a new burner be ordered. He looked up the part on his smart phone and quoted the exact price and indicated he would order the part that day. Pedro called the following Tuesday, indicated he had the part, and would we be available the next day between 2 and 4. Pedro arrived promptly at 2 and installed the new burner. I could not be happier with the fine service provided. Highly recommend BJ Appliance."

"Called for an estimate and they came out same day. Looked at all I wanted for pressure washing and they sent me an estimate later same day. It was reasonable for what I wanted and I booked an appointment. They came out at the time stated and went right to work. They were very professional and did everything, including a few niceties that I didn't even think about (patio screens and door, etc.) The apron to the driveway was really messy from when the new driveway was poured. They double treated it and made sure it came out looking nice. They also cleaned the curbs. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting pressure washing done."
